Eligible products are dispatched from U.S. fulfillment centers and enter the sorting and last-mile delivery network in central Mexico via a dedicated channel; Prime members enjoy free shipping, while non-members are charged standard rates. The service currently covers hundreds of products across categories such as electronics, home goods, apparel, toys, and personal care, with the checkout page displaying a “Free Next-Day Delivery from the U.S.” notification. Amazon Mexico stated that local consumers have consistently shown a strong preference for products from the U.S. store, and this new service allows them to receive their orders within a single day. Incorporating customs clearance and cross-border logistics into the next-day delivery promise signifies a further elevation of delivery speed standards in the local market.
